Bio

The ZurHub ensemble was founded by Ezequiel Jait and Mattan Klein. The band specializes in performing and composing original music, which merges the rich and varied sounds of Brazil with Jazz improvisation and virtuoso playing.

Flutist Mattan Klein and Guitarist Ezequiel Hezi Jait have been performing together since 2011 and founded ZurHub in 2017.

ZurHub's music is a unique fusion of Brazilian rhythms, such as Choro, Samba and Bossa Nova, with Jazz harmonies and improvisation.

The ensemble has been highly regarded by audiences and critics alike, and their performances have been praised for their energy, creativity and virtuosity.

ZurHub members have performed across Israel on prestigious festivals and concert venues, and worldwide. Including the Sibiu Jazz Festival (Romania), the Copenhagen Jazz Festival (Denmark), the International Jazz Festival in Jerusalem and more.
